    • The community made a film about how the broken down ferry in their town affected them in their daily lives. This film was shown to the authorities and as a result the ferry has been repaired.
    • The film was played over TV. And because it also covered the situation of the roads in the town, the Director of Road Transport came to Kenema.

  • Description

    The town of Boajibu in Kenema district experienced a great deal of destruction during Sierra Leone's civil war, and has since declined from its former affluence.

    The residents of the town describe the problems resulting from the degradation of their infrastructure, and suggest ways in which government could assist them to start making their own improvements.
